Refund/Return Policy

Fresco Health International will refund products strictly on a case-by-case basis and only upon product failure. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct item and quantity. Please contact the staff in our store if you have any questions concerning any product. No refunds or credits will be issued if any product ordered from Fresco Health International is returned or rejected by Customs Agents or any Governmental or Regulatory Authority once the order has been placed. All sales are final.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Fresco Health International will ship your order via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. All Canadian orders will have a shipping charge of $12.95 plus tax (some restrictions and exemptions may apply). Continental U.S.A. and UK orders are subject to a shipping charge of $19.95 (some exceptions may apply). All other counties except Hawaii and Alaska will have a shipping charge of $19.95 plus tax (some restrictions and exemptions may apply). For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please call or e-mail for details. You will be notified of any charges or restrictions that apply to your order before it is processed.
